It is certain that the needs of different organisations will be quite diverse and to ensure the best possible provision a Training Needs Analysis can be undertaken prior to any commissioning of training to ensure you are receiving the best possible experience.

 

There are great demands on INSET time and therefore I am more than willing to arrange for any staff support/training to be a flexible as possible. Twilight style sessions will be available as well as half-day or full-day modules.

 

Staff, other adults with different roles, responsibilities and relationships with young people can be given specific, relevant information rather than a generalised ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach.

 

Primary and Secondary phases of education can be catered for individually or combined, depending on the needs of an organisation.
